Settings and templates can either be stored within the project or shared among all projects. Properties set on the active project will always override shared settings. It’s good practice to store settings that you want to persist among all projects in the shared settings. Shared settings and templates are stored in Documents/Daytalog/LocalShared
Self-managed email API credentials are stored in the computer’s keychain, separately from the project, and require configuration on each machine.
